Network marketing training along with any other training is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. Everyone should be continuously learning through formal education, specialty education or self improvement.

When it comes to MLM training, you may need to learn a whole new set of skills.

• Opening/running a home business
• Network Marketing Skills
• Using the internet to Brand Yourself

There are many courses offered on the internet today disguised as network marketing training. You've seen them, the get rich quick scams.

Everyone also seems to be a “mentor”, “coach”, or person who knows the industry inside and out and is willing to teach you the required skills for $100 dollars an hour.

I have taken many of Network Marketing Training Courses to see what they offer

I have looked at many internet sites that advertise they have the best way for the network marketer to make millions. Buy XYZ training and you will make hundreds of thousands of dollars in just 90 days or less!

I have also taken many of these training courses to see what they really offer. More importantly, I have looked to see if the course is understandable and useful to everyone allowing you to succeed in your MLM business.

There is good training out there, but the cost can add up, 30 bucks here 150 there. Folks don’t realize how much money they spend on these classes and worst of all don’t really know if it is helping them with their business success. If you do not see success in your business with your training it can lead to frustration and send you for a tailspin and depression wondering “what is wrong with me” why can’t I make this work?

The Principle I have adopted for Network Marketing Training

After taking the time to study and learn what network marketing training is available today I have come to what I feel is the best answer for my team.

I have constructed a team where everyone has different strengths that enhance one another. By creating such a team we have the ability to offer training that allows everyone to succeed in building their downline using the techniques they are passionate about.

As we all know some folks like and are very good at direct marketing, some like using techniques on the internet such as: blogs, videos, websites, hub pages or any of the other methods available. There are also folks that combine different methods to use in their marketing. It is important to learn processes through MLM training.

Have a Robust Team with Multiple Processes Incorporating Everyone’s Talents

By combining each person’s passion with a network marketing training process they have a much better chance of success.

We have all seen the “one size fits all” processes. Just because someone has had success with a process does not mean you will. You need to learn what will help you succeed using your talents! You must be unique and have your own voice.

For instance, my first network marketing opportunity taught an old style of marketing. We all know them. Make a list, contact the folks and keep contacting them. Well, I’m a computer person and I hate doing that type of marketing so no matter how good the training is; I will fail because I hate doing it.

My hope in providing these webinars and recording them for future viewing is folks will start looking at their training to assess if they are doing the right thing to succeed and how to think outside the box for their success.
