Be a Leader to Attract Others to You on the Internet - Not a Lemming

Using the new tools on the internet you can now attract folks to your website, blog, Facebook page, etc. If you have a true desire to succeed and put the work into your business you will see dramatic results.

Remember, leadership stands out and attracts folks to you because they feel you have something they want.

When you become a mentor you will attract people

There's a reason why; whether it's in the old school of network marketing or with online attraction marketing some folks succeed very quickly, almost like they were meant to. We say they are just good around others.

People are attracted others because they see something in them they would like to have. They understand something is there that can help them succeed. They want to be mentored by these folks so they can learn how to do the same thing.

Leadership in itself is not a natural skill, yes, it comes easier to some than others, but we all need to enhance our skills. This is a lifelong journey.

Let’s think about this for a second. If you are doing the same thing as everyone else, using the same corporate material as everyone else you are just another cookie being cut with the cutter. You’re a lemming! You're headed straight to the group of 95% failure.

What does everyone have in common that is successful in network marketing? Old school or using the internet? They do something a little different. They change things up a little, show folks how to develop and implement these strategies to be successful.

Maybe you want more time with your family or just out of Corporate America; if your desire is there you can succeed building a small business with a mentor. A mentor will help you build a business plan and show you the ropes of the new emerging technology on the internet.

It is however, hard work and not a get rich quick scheme. The internet has opened so many possibilities for folks to live the American dream of being their own boss.
